@ckluente Isn't that what pip install --user already does, basically?
@mheiber not really. Pipsi installs every package in a dedicated virtualenv and then also makes the 'binaries' available in ~/.local/bin/. No strange dependency mismatches if you want multiple tools installed in parallel.
