Since we didn't get very many women, enbies, or people of color to submit talks, the folks choosing talks for the Decentralisation & Internet Privacy track at FOSSDEM 19 decided that we'd like to ask of you:

If you submitted a talk, go ask an underrepresented minority friend/acquaintance of yours if they'd like to give the talk with you/in your stead.

this is like reverse racism and "forced" diversity. allowing all people to submit talks is nice, but forcing diversity is wrong. the conference should represent its audience/speakers. this is the kind of crap that corporations do to show that they care about diversity and it's disgusting to see this happening to FOSSDEM

@alextee no. nobody is forcing anybody to do anything regarding diversity and reverse racism doesn't exist.
