Yeah, Java does the same. Really confusing.

Might be normal, but since we frequently use the ints associated to each month IRL, for a computer language to not offset it is confusing.

@klaatu @judeswae Apart from half its name, JavaScript also copied some interfaces from Java. The Date class is the worst.
